What gets listed

  • The developer is from Korea, and the app is built by one person or a small team.
  • Products of companies go in the “Korean teams and companies” section: the team says in its own post that it is a Korean team, or the store or website shows Korean company details (for example a business registration number).
  • It is on the App Store or Google Play, or it has a public web version, a TestFlight beta or a Mac/Windows version, so anyone can try it now.
  • The developer introduced the app in their own public post on Threads or GeekNews. The line on each card is quoted word for word from that post in Korean, with an English translation below it. Tap the link to read the post.
  • Listing is free, and nobody can pay for a better position. Apps are grouped by category, not ranked: the order is shuffled on every visit, and categories with many apps show 3 random apps on this page each time. No star ratings, no ads, and store links are not affiliate links.

How the list is made

An AI agent read public posts and replies on Threads and public posts on GeekNews Show, found developers introducing their own apps, and checked each app against the developer details on the App Store and Google Play. Apps that are not in a store were checked against the developer's post and website. Apps whose developer location could not be confirmed are kept on a pending list and are not shown here.

Prices, platforms, icons and screenshots come from the stores. The store page is the final word. Check it for in-app purchases, subscriptions and privacy before you install.

The English descriptions and quote translations were written with AI. The quotes themselves are the developers' own words, in Korean.

Are you a developer? To be listed, to correct something or to be removed, email hello@tidyfact.com with your app's name and its store or website link.

Prepare your details with an AI agent (copy the prompt)

Paste this into your AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT and so on). It gathers the details using the criteria on this page and drafts the email to us. You check it and send it yourself.

Please help me prepare an email asking TidyFact to add my app to its list of apps by Korean indie developers (https://tidyfact.com/indie-apps/kr/en/).

Criteria (all must be met):
1. The developer is Korean or a Korean team.
2. Anyone can try it now: it is on the App Store or Google Play, or it has a public web version, a public TestFlight link or a Mac/Windows version. Apps you must apply for or sign in to before you can see them are not listed.
3. The developer introduced the app in their own public post on Threads or GeekNews.

Fill in every field below. If you cannot find something, write "none". Do not guess.
- App name:
- One sentence on who it is for (under 20 words):
- App Store link:
- Google Play link:
- Web version or download page link:
- Developer's Threads account:
- Link to the Threads or GeekNews post that introduces the app (the developer's own post, not someone else's recommendation):
- One sentence from that post, copied word for word in its original language (up to 120 characters):
- Evidence that the developer is Korean (for example a Google Play developer address in Korea, the store seller name, or a business registration number):
- Built by one person or a small team, or a company product:

Then draft an email to hello@tidyfact.com with the subject "Listing request: <app name>" and the details above in the body. Show it to me first. I will check it and send it myself. Do not send it for me.
